Initiate Your Request
Contact our technical support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Secure the Beast
Carefully pack the PC in its original double-walled box with the internal foam bracing securely in place to prevent component damage during transit.
