What is your return policy for custom electronics?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you encounter hardware issues, we will repair or replace the unit. Returns for change-of-mind are subject to a 15% restocking fee due to the custom nature of the builds.

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. All systems are packed in specialized double-walled boxes with internal high-density foam molding to ensure safe arrival.
